Mr. Thomas has earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications, he has Microsoft and Cisco certifications in networking and software testing, and has worked as an Operations/HR manager. Mr. Thomas helped start Ontash India in 2007, managing a software team, and has been president of the local IT forum. Beyond Ontash, Mr. Thomas has been involved in various non profit organizations, wrote a technical article for the Chamber of Commerce Magazine, advised many startup projects for funding by the govt of Kerala, and presently holds a post in the local agri - horticulture society, trauma care society and is secretary of a charitable dialysis center.
