CHOMS’ Patient Management module ensures that information is gathered efficiently and entered into the system for integration with all other hospital touchpoints. From registration to scheduling, to accessing medical history, lab reports, bed management and ultimately, billing.

  • Accounting
  • Treatment and medications for the patient are tracked and rolled-up into invoices. Supplies are inventoried and minimum stocking levels will trigger requests for quotes, purchase orders, vendor bills and payments. Custom and off-the-shelf Reports provide balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow, tax reporting and trial balances in real time.

  • The CHOMS Human Resources module will monitor Leave & Attendance, Contract Management as well as Payroll & Accounting. The system supports Provident Funds, ESI, and GST, while a Chat System allows open and accessible communication between employees, physicians and administration. Finally, CHOMS can be deployed in a public or private Cloud or On-Premise if so desired. And CHOMS provides an access hierarchy that is role based, so that the people who need vital information can get it, in a secure and protected way.
